ROCKFALT Dewatering Screens have a wide range of applications including drainage, sludge removal, grit removal, rinsing and washing. They are designed to handle materials such as sand, gravel, crushed aggregate, broken sand, industrial sands, mineral sands, hard rock, precious metal ore, coal, iron ore, salt and other granular materials and produce a consistent drip-free product.

Surface moisture as low as 7% has been achieved with ROCKFALT Dewatering Screens; however, the final moisture content depends on surface area, surface morphology and contact angle. Fine materials, e.g. those processed in fine recovery systems with 100% passing 100 mesh (150 µm), dewater with a drip-free consistency, can be transported and stacked, but can have a surface moisture content of more than 20%.
